At Sugah! our confections are crafted by hand in Nova Scotia using century old techniques and pure, simple ingredients. Dairy fresh butter & cream, sugar & nuts are cooked in our old-fashioned copper kettle and worked on our marble slabs. Our chocolates feature the finest Belgian chocolate and mix classic old flavors with more modern, inventive combinations.
Our philosophy is that fresh is better, local is better, and pure is better. Along with being made in small batches, our chocolates and confections feature such unique ingredients as sea salt harvested on Nova Scotia’s Atlantic Coast, dried cranberries from Lunenburg County and Uncommon Grounds Fog Burner coffee which is small batch roasted right here in Nova Scotia.
